The SMGS Junior School will be holding a Jump Rope for Heart Jump Off Day on Friday 22ndJune at 2pm in the Junior School courtyard.
Jump Rope for Heart is an exciting and non-competitive program which encourages children to become more active through skipping, learning new skills and raising vital funds for heart research and community health programs.
Skipping is an excellent way for children to keep fit and healthy. At the end of the program, on Friday 22nd June, we will be holding a Jump Off. Students are asked to wear their PE uniform. We invite you and your family to join us from 2.00pm and engage in the Snowy Mountains Grammar School Jump Off with your children.
Families will be invited to join in the Jump Rope for Heart afternoon by participating in our skipping stations with your children.
Each student has a sponsorship form to collect sponsors for the Jump Off. The money raises vital funds for heart research and community health programs.
