SMGS snowsports athletes had another successful day on piste at Thredbo Resort for the Redlands Cup.

Racers were greeted by cold temperatures that continued to plummet through the day, but enthusiasm stayed high buoyed by team camaraderie and as always, strong school spirit.

Primary racers shine

The youngest members of our school community had a great day on the slopes, soaking up the atmosphere and taking on the courses set by the Thredbo trail crew. For some of our students, the Redlands Cup was their first ever school snow sports competition. Our Div 6 boys Team were a force to be reckoned with crossing the finish line in 1st lead by Axel Lyster’s podium result.
