SMGS students now have another amazing after school co-curricular opportunity.

This week, our Director of Activities announced the launch of  SMGS Workshop Club: Creative classes for curious minds.

Do you enjoy being creative? Do you enjoy hands on activities? Are you interested in innovation?  Then workshop club is for you! Workshop club is open for students in year 7-12 with no previous experience needed.  Students will lean and develop new skills through completing personal projects in an area of interest. Students are able to work with materials of their choosing including (but not limited) to Acrylic, Timber, Metal and Textiles. Students will have access to tools in the Design and Technology Workshop including a new Embalser2 laser cutter. Students will be required to supply some materials for their projects. Come along Wednesday Afternoons term 2 from 3:35- 5pm and learn new skills in a supportive environment.
