What sort of person is going to love this character?

Someone that really likes to enjoy and appreciate things in life. Someone who knows that you should appreciate what you have. The older generation will understand my character the most.

How is this character like you?

He is a very quirky character and just chilled out. He sees the positive in life, like me.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

The grown ups will respond to him because he is a realistic character in the way that he has features of a real person. The kids will think I am funny especially when I dance.

How is this character like you?

I love to be annoying to people but make them laugh at the same time.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Cheeky people will love this character because the witch is a little bit evil and little bit funny.

I say my lines in my head and I take a big breath.

How is this character like you?

He is like me in that he sort of wants to achieve things and he will push through to achieve his goal.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Someone that always wants to achieve their own goals. He would be an inspiration to them. Also people with a kind heart because he is kind hearted.

What’s the last thing you do before you step out on stage / the curtain goes up?

The main thing I am worried about is my song, so I take a few deep breaths. Once I start singing I feel more encouraged and the words just come out.

Toto

How is this character like you?

Toto is funny, playful and a bit silly.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Younger kids will love him because he is really cheeky and everyone loves a good dog.

Memorise my lines and put my puppy ears on.

Glinda the Good Witch

Soft, loving and kind.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

All the girls in the audience.

What’s the last thing you do before you step out on stage / the curtain goes up?

I watch the other actors do their scenes and then I just get excited. I take a deep breath and pop out of the curtain.

How is this character like you?

He is fierce and bossy hahaha. He takes pride in himself and he is resourceful.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Probably the grandmas and the grandpas.

Check my outift and make sure I am looking sharp! 

Gatekeeper to Oz

How is this character like you?

I guess the Gatekeeper is fun and a bit crazy.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Someone who wants to see lots of singing and dancing and glitter. The grown ups will probably laugh the most.

I normally go and talk with the other cast members to keep my mind off being nervous.

How is this character like you?

Well we kind of look a bit like each other and I love cats so I feel like I am part lion.

What sort of person is going to love this character?

Everyone really. Probably the kids the most and my cat too if he was allowed to come.

Memorising my words for that scene. Lick my lips so they aren’t’ dry.
