It is coming to the time of the Year when all the Careers Expos are held. Due to the situation we find ourselves in this year, providers have been innovative in how they are going to run these events. The great thing for you as students is that you are able to go to all these events without leaving your home! ‘

I would encourage you all to have a look at the different Careers Expos and go to at least one (if not all) the virtual events. They are spread over a number of days / times to allow you to participate at your convenience.

 Virtual Careers Expo – 7th and 8th May 2020

https://www.torrens.edu.au/about/virtual-careers-expo

Australian Defence Force (ADF) members will exhibit at the national Higher Education Virtual Careers Expo (run by Torrens University) to interact with students (Years 10-12) via live chat and a webinar presentation. The virtual expo is an opportunity for students to learn about the world class training opportunities and rewarding and fulfilling careers on offer from those who serve.

Defence Force Recruiting will have a virtual stand with Defence Force members on Live Chat to help students explore the roles most suited to them, based on their skills and interests. The Defence members will share their own experiences, providing insights about what it is really like to serve.

If you would like to know specific times the Defence Force will be running sessions, please contact me and I can provide further information.
