About Tim Bland

Tim has been teaching at SMGS for six years across a variety of subjects, including English, English Extension, Legal Studies, History, PDHPE and Geography. Outside of the classroom. Tim has been a previous Head of Sport and is now the Dean of Students for Years 9 -10, which focuses largely on student wellbeing.

SMGS Mock Trial Team successful in round two

Congratulations to SMGS Year 11 team who won their second round of Mocktrial against Kooringal High School. The students were able to provide a strong defence in their case and score critical points in the cross-examination of witnesses. Special mention to the defence witnesses who stood firm!
