To the SMGS community,

The Parents and Friends Committee of Snowy Mountains Grammar School are excited to announce the upcoming Trivia Night on Friday 21 June. The theme of the 2019 Trivia Night will be ‘Pure 80s’.

In addition, we are pleased to let you know that this year 10% of all profits from the evening will be donated to the Snowy Mountains Neighbourhood Centre, based in Jindabyne. The Snowy Mountains Neighbourhood Centre (SMNC) is a community organisation that supports the wellbeing of people living in Jindabyne and surrounding areas. The P and F Committee are keen to support this not-for-profit organisation and hopefully we will be able to raise some funds to allow them to continue their important role within our community.

In order to raise funds, we will be charging an entry fee to the Trivia Night; however, the majority of funds raised will be through the auction of donated goods and services from businesses and residents of our local area and school community.

We would like to ask for your generosity in donating anything that could be auctioned on this night to raise money. Some suggestions may be as simple as chocolates or wine to make up a hamper, gift vouchers, or supplies of wood, through to donating a weekend away if you own holiday accommodation. Any gift, small or large, would be greatly appreciated and would be supporting the P and F Committee in helping to provide additional resources to the school for our students, as well as supporting the Snowy Mountains Neighbourhood Centre.

If you are able to make a donation, please either contact us via email on pandf@smgs.nsw.edu.au, pledging your commitment, or you can simply drop it in to the school reception.

Thank you so much in advance for your generosity.

Kind regards,

The SMGS Parent and Friends Committee
