Where Learning, Fun & Growth Come Together

Study Life

Our boarders receive tailored support from our dedicated academic staff during regular structured study time after school, helping them reach their full potential. Educational Support & Enrichment programs for students who require additional academic support or increased intellectual challenge beyond classroom extension are offered to all students.

We ensure our Senior students have the study resources they need whenever they need them – Senior rooms feature comfortable individual study spaces and students have easy access to school facilities outside regular hours.

Student Reflection

“Nightly study sessions help me stay focused on my schoolwork, and there is always a teacher there to help me.”

“It is great to have access to different study areas when I need these such as the library, music and art rooms.”

Student wellbeing is our priority

Wellbeing

Student wellbeing is our priority. From the moment a new boarder arrives, our experienced and caring team is there to ensure that their social, emotional, spiritual, academic and physical needs are met. Our school counsellor, heads of school and house tutors are also part of our strong wellbeing network.

Snowy Mountain Grammar School’s 4 Peaks Wellbeing Program guides our approach. It emphasises positive relationships, self-awareness and values-driven action.

We have effective processes for monitoring student wellbeing and safety and ensure open communication between our boarding team, students and parents so that every student can be well and do well.
