Discover flexible boarding options with easy access to the snow
Boarding begins in Year 7, with options for full-time boarders who return home for holidays and designated weekends or weekly boarders who travel home each weekend.
Term 3 Winter Boarding
Snowy Mountains Grammar School welcomes Winter Boarders in Term 3, subject to availability. With Thredbo and Perisher just 25 minutes away, students can enjoy a unique experience that blends academic learning with days on the snow.
Winter boarders may apply to our Snowsports Academy, offering up to 50 days on snow alongside regular classes and tutorials. Alternatively, students can join our Snowsports Program, which provides up to three days on snow and four full school days each week.
Boarding includes a one or two-day on-snow weekend program and can assist with access to lessons. Free transport to the Ski Tube for Perisher is provided. Students also have the option to stay in House to study, relax or spend time with family and friends.
