Environmentally Sustainable Technology
Reflecting our School’s deep respect for the natural environment, the names of the learning precincts and classrooms within our Curiosity Centre are inspired by local waterways that connect our region including The Snowy River, The Eucumbene River, The Thredbo River, The Moonbah River and The Murrumbidgee River.
The Curiosity Centre is fitted with a 99kw solar panel system. It is also fully air conditioned with a separate fresh air ventilation system including CO₂ monitors, creating a comfortable, safe learning environment for our students to thrive in.
This successful project was proudly supported by the NSW Government, Federal Government and Snowy Mountains Grammar School.
