Before a child begins their journey with us, we take the time to understand their gifts, skills and needs – physical, emotional, social and intellectual – so that we can set them up for success.
Our Educational Support & Enrichment team identifies areas where a student may benefit from additional learning support. We design tailored learning programs which build on the classroom teacher’s approach, to make sure students get the most out of their learning experience. We also create optimal learning environments ranging from individual support to small group sessions to in-class support.
Our Educational Support team offers MultiLit programs, including MacqLit and MiniLit, and the Quicksmart program to support Junior and Middle Years students who have been identified as requiring additional support for literacy and numeracy. The Nancibell Visualizing and Verbalizing Language Comprehension and Thinking program is also used to optimise student growth.
Our dedicated team also offers enrichment activities that go beyond the curriculum and existing classroom extension. These opportunities challenge critical thinking and problem-solving skills while fostering creativity and collaboration. Students participate in enrichment activities individually or in groups, at school or externally, in competitive or non-competitive settings.
