We are dedicated to nurturing the whole person – intellectually, personally and physically. We proudly offer our students and staff access to our state-of-the-art, commercial-quality Snowy Mountains Grammar School Gymnasium, located on campus, to encourage a culture of health, fitness and wellbeing within our community.
Our Gymnasium has an extensive range of cardio machines including a climbmill, treadmills, rowers, elliptical trainers, air bike and stationary cycles. Many of these feature virtual SMART consoles that offer unique workout experiences such as preset geographical routes and entertainment options like Netflix and YouTube.
The gymnasium also includes a variety of high-quality pin-weighted cable machines including leg, chest and shoulder presses and a full free weight area including a Smith machine, Olympic barbells with safety collars, a full power rack and multiple weight sets.
Additional equipment such as an astro turf sled track, medicine balls, kettlebells and speed skipping ropes, is also available.

To cater to a wide variety of training styles and fitness goals, our gymnasium offers a range of accessories such as foam rollers, exercise mats, balance balls and plyometric boxes.
Televisions and professional music compilations tailored for commercial gym settings also provide an engaging atmosphere.
Our Gymnasium is more than a fitness facility – it’s a space dedicated to helping our community prioritise health and wellbeing now and well into the future.
